Class Chatter features a “hood vibe” style chat environment where players may use strong, offensive, or derogatory language. This reflects the game’s cultural theme and is not moderated for politeness or sensitivity. Players interact with strangers in real-time chat, which can lead to exposure to inappropriate content or situations.

4. Player Risks and Responsibility

• By playing Class Chatter, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved in chatting with strangers, including exposure to offensive language, misinformation, scams, cheating attempts, fraud, or other deceptive behavior.
• You are solely responsible for any personal information you choose to share during gameplay. Avoid sharing sensitive or identifying details.
• RaiseXP Games does not endorse or guarantee the safety, honesty, or intentions of other players.

5. Owner’s Limitation of Liability

• RaiseXP Games and its owners disclaim any liability for harm, losses, or damages arising from player interactions, including but not limited to cheating, fraud, harassment, emotional distress, or financial loss caused by other players.
• The game environment is provided “as-is” without warranties of safety or user conduct.
• Players agree to use the game at their own risk and waive claims against the site regarding third-party behavior.

6. User Conduct and Enforcement

While offensive language is part of the game ambiance, abusive harassment, targeted threats, or illegal activity remain prohibited. RaiseXP Games reserves the right to mute, restrict, or ban users violating these basic conduct principles.
